I felt very comfortable with Cindy. We had a great discussion and I felt at ease when discussing my issues . Her feedback was helpful and made me think a lot about making decisions and choices about myself.
Their billing system is TERRIBLE!!! They charge people without sending a receipt or invoice, they messed up the billing with insurance and then decided to charge me for it months later. And the "therapist" didn't actually listen to any requests, or give any feedback or tools to improve mental health. 0 starts, 0/10; do not recommend.
Cindy has been the biggest blessing and continues to help me through my grieving process!
