I’m very disappointed with how Peace By Piece Counseling handled a records request and subsequent billing dispute. I requested my medical records on August 25 and had multiple written exchanges with the office about the request before the records were released. At no point during those communications was I told that my card would be charged a $25 electronic-records fee. I really like how Peace by Piece Counseling has a thorough introduction packet to complete before your first visit. This way you can make good use of your sessions from day one. I see my counselor virtually because it works best with my schedule. I have been a client for several years. There are so many reasons why I am blessed to have Meghan G. as a counselor.
