Beautiful renovation! This property has undergone a beautiful renovation! The new ownership and management are easy to communicate with and the in unit upgrades are plenty. You must see the transformation!

its great living here tbh i have no complaints exept own of them that you need a po box or other place because people steal your pakages but its awesome here everything included and everything is near buses etc you can get everything done or most things walking and smoking aloud in apartments its quiet here and peaceful i love it here

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT EVER The place is infested with rats and roaches don't apply here and the landlord treats people like trash, ONLY APPLY IF U LOVE BEDBUGS

just wow Out of the eight apartment complexes I have lived in this one is easily the worst. The rooms are run down and infested with pests which is a big problem. The owner is a liar and uses false advertising to lure in victims (read the fine print in your lease). month to month leases are really three month leases. the walls are really thin so noise levels are terrible. and the area the complex is in has worse crime rates than most surrounding areas. Maintenance takes forever. Really nothing good about the complex but hey ... read more

Unsafe and Unclean I lived here for five months and had to leave since the landlord could not keep the place safe or clean. There was a constant police presence in the building, a homeless man kept breaking in and sleeping in front of peoples' doors, and other tenants were running up and down the hall yelling at each other and banging on doors at all hours of the day or night. Peace bridge is infested with mice & bed bugs I am a current resident of PBA and have lived here for two years. The building has had a mice problem since I have been here and when complaints come into management they give us traps that don't catch anything and when asked about extermination we get told the mice are in the walls and they can't do anything. Recently a bunch of residents have been having bed bug infestations, a resident who has been here longer then I have had to move apartments as the bed bugs were coming out ... read more

I DO NOT Recommend this place The management team is not responsive and will not take service request seriously. There is a mice & spider infestation and management has no intention of exterminating or fixing the problem. This is a problem inside and outside the apartment complex. I have decided as the many cons of the place outweigh the one pro of cheap rent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!

Homeless shelters are cleaner then this place. The landlord should be sued by every current, past tenant, and should be made to pay damages, because any healthy person can become very ill in this complex. The only thing that is on time and cleans up is the garbage disposal company that comes weekly to empty the dumpster from the side of the building. Other than that, your on your own.
