The support we received from Peace at Homecare was beyond exceptional. From the intake process to the service delivery, they were sensitive to the needs of my grandmother and our family. They listened and provided the caregivers that would be appropriate for my grandmother and when there might be a delay, worked diligently to find a replacement. Extremely difficult to secure consistent shifts unless you’re favored, constantly bidding, or relying on last-minute call-offs. There are no guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours. I ultimately had to leave due to the lack of reliable work. The incentive program is also poorly managed. While they advertise point bonuses for picking up urgent shifts, you have to constantly chase them to ensure the points are credited.
