Extremely difficult to secure consistent shifts unless you’re favored, constantly bidding, or relying on last-minute call-offs. There are no guaranteed or regularly scheduled hours. I ultimately had to leave due to the lack of reliable work. The incentive program is also poorly managed. While they advertise point bonuses for picking up urgent shifts, you have to constantly chase them to ensure the points are credited. Working with this company has been such a blessing! It’s women-owned and run by women who truly embody compassion, strength, kindness, and understanding. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE working for a company who communicates so well, they’re extremely understanding and always willing to work with you! Since working with them, I have had nothing but positive communication with everyone. Everyone is very welcoming and open.
