I am extremely disappointed with the care my kitten, Zelda, received at this clinic. I brought her in because she was very sick, hoping she would receive the treatment she needed. Instead, I was told she was too small to receive antibiotics or IV fluids. Rather than running diagnostic tests, the veterinarian used ChatGPT to look up her symptoms and told me she had COVID.
