I love this quaint BBQ place, they have a separate fryer for fries and that means so much to me because I have to eat gluten free. It's very delicious.

Wonderful, excellent, fresh food, wonderful, friendly staff... would be 5 stars if they'd fix the multiple deep pot holes in the parking lot. I hate trying to park and dodge them.

Great BBQ and sides. Maybe the best onion rings I've ever had. It's going to be a must stop place for when I head back to Charlotte.
The food was so yummy, the people were awesome and the atmosphere was on point. Oh and their selection of craft beer was surprisingly good!!
A friend and I were having a girls' night out and we wanted to start it off with dinner at a new-to-us place. One of the free papers, Mountain Island Monitor, had given Peace-n-Hominy Q Shack a favorable write-up so off we went. First and foremost, right as I walked, there is a declaration of faith, "We believe in God." I had tears in my eyes. Their boldness of their faith is incredible. Second of all, the food is amazing. Their Butter Pecan Pie is hands down the best pecan pie I have ever had in my entire life. Period. I've eaten at top restaurants all over the southeast from Memphis to Oxford to Atlanta. And this place is one of my top favorites. May the Lord continue to bless ya'll.
