The best plumbing supply house around! They always get your orders right. Deliveries are on time. Fast and efficient on ordering parts. And a very friendly helpful crew.
Used this store for over $10,000 of plumbing fixtures, and they proceeded to order the incorrect items. They have refused to rectify the issue even though I have supplied all documentation of their error. Bad mix of incompetence and terrible business practice. Avoid this place.
Outstanding customer service!!! Store closed early due to Thanksgiving, I called right when they were closing, the rep still looked and found my part, left it for me to pickup in the secret spot!!
