Peabody Residential is an excellent company. They are responsive to all my needs as a Tenant, and I plan to continue my lease because they are the management company. I have had disappointing experiences in the past with the Landlord when there were problems. Peabody Residential has helped me through several complex issues at my home including a significant water issue.
Peabody Residential and Tino specifically was a pleasure to work with. He understands the ever changing DC market and helped me purchase my current home, which has increased in value significantly since he located it for me. It was important to feel like I could depend on someone for the most important purchase of my life and Tino provided that security through his knowledge, availability and understanding. I highly recommend him and his team.
I contacted Peabody after seeing a condo for rent posted online. A representative from Peabody told me to go ahead and complete their online application, which required an application fee of $60 plus a $3 processing fee. I submitted my application along with the $63 and received an email stating that the property already had a lease out for signature. When I requested my application fee be refunded, they refused and said the only thing they could do was apply it towards another property for rent of my choice. I disputed the ... read more
