Good luck getting staff on nights and weekends and wait a few months to see the low class quality of people that are in the building ,anyone who metro housing will pay for ,forget about bringing your children and getting peace, I fell down the rabbit hole don't do the same
Why is the manager opening mailboxes as the mailbox is already rented to the tenant ? I find it very inappropriate for her (the manager) to be opening the mailbox assigned to the tenant for her personal use. I have discussed this kind of a uncomfortable situation with her before but she's not understanding how much it's truly disrespectful as she's not my spouse or partner it's improper to be helping herself to my private mailbox for my needs.
As a payment resident the people in the office are so rude they don't care about the residents just a pay check also I have a friend here she lost her keys and getting charged 175 Dollars to replace them and the ridiculous lock out fees 59 dollars now they have you can pay your rent online saying it's a convenient resident fee how is it convenient they charge almost 9.00 for that then making their residence here more poor by charging the ridiculous prices
I would like to say my mother lived at Chimney Hill for years before she passed. The staff especially Ashley is amazing. If their were needs or questions Ashley was there to help. I am greatful that my mom lived in the nicest facility in RI. Thank you! Best regards, Pam C
A horrible horrible place to live. Sewer smells in the apartments. Drug attic’s and transvestites in the hallways
I’m concerned as a paying tenant that Melville towers still has a no visitor in place. Dont know why. Everything is opened up but I still cant even have my daughter or my girlfriend come to my apartment
