I’ve lived in two properties that they manage. The Granville and JM Lofts. They are completely unserious about noise complaints and keep tenants who drink and have parties until 3-4am, or repeat offenders. I moved from JM Lofts hoping to escape from two neighbours from hell and found more. Furthermore, they have serious HVAC issues, and building quality concerns that are really egregious- my windows have fallen out of their frames multiple times, bricks missing, wood chips falling from the ceiling etc . The new manager is just incredible and let me tell you I’ve had my fair share of unresponsive and unprofessional property managers and she is just out of this world helpful.
