Top notch. Rarely is there an outage- even in the most severe storms. The one time I had to call about an issue on my service, they were there in less than an hour and fixed the problem. Excellent service that I can't imagine will be topped.
THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! People who move back to Peabody, like me, often tell you it's because of the light plant!
We are lucky to have such a great electric company. They work very hard to fix whatever problems arise. Big storm last night and we lost power for only an hour. Other towns would have been several.great job!

I am new to Peabody and called about a lack of power to half of my house today (Sunday of a long weekend). Not only did I get a response, but someone showed up within a half an hour. When tree branches were the problem they had someone over almost immediately to take care of them. Very impressed with the response time as well as the friendly staff!
