I'm a regular at Simoniz Car Wash. Today I made the mistake of going to Peabody Car Wash on Central Street. I purchased the Ultra Interior/Exterior Combo for $29 & gave a pre Visa 5$ tip. What I recieved is an excellent exterior wan and a horrible interior service. My dashboard is still dusty, doors and middle console are still dirty with debris and my third row was not vacuumed. If i had the option my rating would be negative 10. This place is a dump with rude, disrespectful management and ownership, shabby equipment and poorly trained staff.
Don’t wash your car here!!! Worst car wash I have ever been to, they are thieves and liars, the most horrible experience ever(( People who work there dont speak English, don’t know how to wash cars, but they do know how to STEAL...
Terrible place, avoid at all costs!! Never go to this car wash, they stole one of my floor mats and I had to call the cops on them!! Customer service is horrible, still waiting for the cops to call me back!! I truly hope this place burns in hell!! They deserve 0 stars but it’s not an option here!!
