Very happy with the job done. I left an 'F' review on the Angie's list a few days ago, when nobody came, and I could not get any response on the phone. The owner - Paul - replied to my review with his cell number. I called, and when he realized what happened and that they were at fault, he took all the responsibility. Peabody Air Duct Cleaning was fantastic, coming to clean my dryer vent two days after I called despite being located over an hour away. The owners, two brothers, worked at my house for 1.5 hours, at a charge of $300 (quoted over the phone after I described the set-up). There was an actual birds nest in my dryer vent, and lots of lint built-up behind it! This is a wake-up call to make dryer vent cleaning part of our regular household maintenance.
