I have been training with Laura for the last 6 months. It is the first time I have worked out with a personal trainer and the experience cannot be more rewarding. Laura has not only changed my body and weight but my mind and soul. She is always so lovely, approachable, caring and accomodating to my needs, capacity and injuries; while still pushing me to work hard to achieve my goals.
