PDXFIT is an amazing fitness community! I started 5 years ago in their space on Holgate and have made some great friends and improved in my health/fitness goals. It is really easy to recommend Marco for training. His dedication to the craft is impressive, but what I really want to highlight is his inclusivity, understanding, and professionalism. Starting as an atypical client with health issues and a veerryyy inactive lifestyle for several years, he really took his time with me through the workouts. Fitness, community and excellent expertise w/ great scaling options for group training. Blissfully free of negative/shaming jargon. Highly recommend to folks of all levels!
