The movers themselves worked hard and were wonderful. But I paid for them to pack my belongings expecting professional packing and too many things were broken, including a family heirloom that as it was packed I asked to have it done especially carefully (balsawood original model of B52 by chief designer). The other big problem was the estimate - it was for about $7,000 and the actual was over $11,000.
