PDX expos exists somewhere between utterly incompetent and outright crooks. They lost the venue for their Family expo one week before the event. Instead of taking the hit, and providing refunds to the vendors of the event, they found some second rate venue, and didn't advertise the move, except for changing the facebook event. They did this so they wouldn't have to issue refunds to the vendors. They claimed the event would attract 3,000-5,000 people. They didn't even attract 300-500, in the whole day.
