Audiologist Rainey was very helpful, positive and professional.
I was not treated with dignity and respect at this office, and I'm still dealing with the same issues that I came in for. I was referred by Urgent Care for ongoing ear pain and congestion, yet left with a Pepcid prescription and no real answers. Despite clearly describing persistent symptoms, the NP indicated there was no cause for my ear pain and feeling of pressure, and did not appear to take my experience seriously.
