In less than a week my new car was attacked by a runaway shopping cart in a parking lot and left a dent a little bigger than a walnut. Extremely disappointed. I paid a premium for what was supposed to be “paintless dent removal,” but they ended up scratching the surrounding area and didn’t even fix the dent completely. When I asked for a partial refund, they became rude and dismissive. I feel like I got scammed. Avoid this place if you
"I took my car in for a simple dent removal, and when I got it back, the dent was still visible from certain angles. They claimed it was ""as good as it gets,"" but I’ve seen better results from other places. Complete waste of money and time."
The price they quoted me seemed fair at first, but after seeing the final result, I feel ripped off. The area they worked on doesn't match the rest of the car’s surface, and now it looks worse than before. Definitely not worth what I paid.
