Love this clinic and its employers! They made me feel at home and welcome. Dr. Mark Is amazing and listens to my concerns. Would’ve given it 5 stars but the receptionist could be a tad rude sometimes. However overall, wonderful clinic
Wow Dr. Fruenot (PDQ) may have been the most thorough doctor I have been to. He spent time to understand my issue, my family history and my medical history and prescribed a well thought out course of action. He was an active listener and actually explained his rationale for what he prescribed and what next steps he recommended. Within 24 hours I felt significantly better. I am glad I chose this doctor and I would recommend this place to anybody.
Starting going to Dr Mark a year ago when I first moved to Huntsville. My daughter recommended PDQ and she’s very picky so I knew he must be good. How many doctors actually call you after hours to check on you or give you test results? Dr Mark does!!! He and Kay are just the best. If I had time I could write 100 reasons why they are the best but you’ll have to take my word for it! Love them and I’m grateful I now have a doctor for life!
I called before I came into the office to make sure my insurance was taken. The front desk worker ensured me that they did accept my insurance. I have United Healthcare and I have a PPO plan which means I pay a copay when I go to the doctor. I got there, filled out the paperwork, waited, and was triaged.
