Our technician was courteous, arrived on time, and eliminated the pests. He even sprayed around the house at no extra charge. I highly recommend PDQ.
Company should vet drivers. One of these drivers was slamming on their brakes trying to get my friend to rear end him in a company truck. When I sent the video from my dash can as proof of his drivers reckless games, the owner took it down from fb and acted nasty to us in regards to his driver! Instead of correcting his driver, he blamed everyone else. Shame on y'all!
Please train your team to drive correctly, it’s a hazard.
The folks at PDQ have been great. Yesterday, I found some unwelcome pests in the master bathroom and called PDQ that morning. Within a couple of hours, Corey stopped by and took care of the problem. It was amazing that he was able to stop by so fast. Corey is thorough and explained everything to me so that I didn't have any further questions. Great service!
I will never use another company. Switched from a national pest control company and will not go back. They consistently exceed expecatations and are very responsive. Loyal happy customer here!
