Besides, he got the voicemail and knew I had questions so he should have notified the office who should have reached out to me. Any good business would do that. Very disappointed. Called for an estimate which was left at my door and that was fine. I was ready to hire them but just needed clarification on the different prices he left. I called him and left a message but he never bothered to call back. Had to go with someone else.

Sad and infuriating experience. I was a customer of PDQ for years and bragged to others about their service. Then approached the guy about to spray my yard and simply asked him questions and questions that were for his own good (ie we have an aggressive dog so was making sure if we were next he'd let me know.). The unprofessionalism is unacceptable, talked to me like I was a child rolled his eyes, threw the bill at me and went on his way... never did by the way tell me... i should have let his ass get bit....
