I've been using pdq for two years now, for oil changes, emmisions...today trying to get my oil changed and the drain plug is STRIPPED unable to be removed, and the oil Filter wasn't changed at my last visit. I know this due to the mechanic that fixed an oil Leak, HE replaced filter and places tamper seals on his filters with dates....this filter was still present..meaning the last two times I've gone to pdq my filter WAS NOT CHANGED. MY VEHICLE IS TWO YEARS OLD, AT THIS POINT I'M NOT CONVINCED THE OIL LEAK I HAD WASN'T CREAT... read more
