They definitely do awesome work installing windows!!
PDQ was the subcontractor to install a new window I purchased directly from Pella Inc. This is the 2nd window they have installed for Pella and I have been satisfied with both installations. Installers on this one were James & Sebastian - they did a good job and were easy to work with. A.B. / Auburn KS
Waited over a month to get the appointment Received 3 texts in the last 2 days confirming our appointment today between 4-6 Nobody showed up. Nobody called.
I do not recommend
Huge Disappointment! Scheduled re-model/stain on stairway - Bobby talks a good salesman talk but did not follow through. Wrong stain applied w/ no approval of stain color by owner, Rude response by Michael of Kaw Valley Hardwood Floors (subcontractor) who does not respect customer imput.
