Our neighbors recommended this company after having some remodeling work done in their home. We hired them to do a complete renovation on our kitchen including installation of a solid wood floor. We are still receiving compliments on our new kitchen. We hired PDQ construction to redo one of our bedrooms, again we were thoroughly impressed with not only the work they did but with their ability to add knowledgeable comments and recommendations that made for a more impressive outcome. PDQ Construction installed our bathroom vanity. They showed up when they said they would. They did a nice job on the details--caulking, plumbing etc.. Calvin gave us a price estimate and he did the work consistent with the quoted price. They were careful with the installation and easy to work with. They cleaned up after the work and they removed the old vanity. We will hire PDQ again.
Calvin Lynn was referred by two of my neighbors. PDQ Construction did an EXCELLENT job working on my home in Evanston. Very reasonable and always on time! I leaned on Calvin for alot of advice and ideas. He was not shy about giving advice and suggestions. I'm glad I took his advice. Best thing is my wife LOVED the outcome. Happy wife happy life! Thanks Calvin. Keep up the excellent work! D. Lurie.
Calvin and his team were quick and easy to work with. We appreciated that he was communicative about pricing and completed the project in the timeframe he promised. We’d definitely recommend.
PDQ Construction was highly recommended when I stopped by my local Menards and took a look at the various cards left by tradesmen. This morning Calvin and his crew arrived and he assessed the job and they completed it in an efficient manner. My wooden front storm door has never closed so perfectly after their installation of two new door closers. The crew also repaired and repainted a part of the lower door panel that had become compromised. I could not be more pleased. And I highly recommend PDQ Construction!
