$70 for a Moen cartridge that I can get everywhere else for $50. They will tell you there’s a quality difference but it’s just smoke.

I had a terrible experience at PDI Kitchen, Bath, and Lighting. I walked around the store for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. When a staff member finally approached me, she was incredibly rude and dismissive. From the moment she started talking, I felt like she had already judged me, assuming I couldn’t afford the faucets I was looking for. Austin at the Woodstock location was the sweetest thing in helping me get the right parts for my toilet. If one thing did not work, he thought of something else. It took over one week to get it working and many visits to PDI but we finally got it leak free. Mostly my fault for not telling him the right parts needed. He was so patient and knowledgeable.
