This place is awesome, I will come back here first next time I do any kind of remodeling I went all over town trying to find the right bathtub for my master bathroom and no salesperson knew anything about any of the bathtubs. All they wanted to do was just sell it to me and expected me to know everything already. Anne answered all of our questions and took good care of us. She even called the manufacturer on our behalf and had a replacement part sent from California in 2 days. Thanks Anne!
Totally disappointed!! Walked in the door with my family & neither of the 2 women sitting at the front reception desk spoke. We brushed it off until the next 2 customers came in & before the door closed behind them the ladies greeted them professionally then asked if they needed help & that’s what did it. The sad part about it is I’ve shopped here before & now I wish I hadn’t. I totally get it! Walk in the door two ladies, sitting at the counter under the big light didn’t speak didn’t ask do we need help.the minute some other people walk in the door that look like her she spoke and said all kinds of nice things.. and I’m actually a customer who has purchased many things from this location and was coming to purchase lights, bathroom, tubs, sinks, and toilets
I had a great experience at PDI working with Michael Pair this past month and again today. Given the supply chain challenges we are all faced with, Michael went above and beyond to investigate a variety of options for me for a kitchen faucet. He expertly answered a wide range of questions that helped me focus what I was looking for. You will find great customer service here!
I purchased vanity lighting for my master bath and upon installing my contractor noticed a small hair line crack in one of the glass shades. I called PDI and in less than 24 hours a new glass shade was shipped to my home. Brian at PDI made that happen, I was pleasantly surprised at the speedy, prompt service I received. Customer Service has been put on the back burner for many companies but it is still a priority at PDI. Thank you PDI!!
