I had a list of repairs that I asked for over the weekend and by Wednesday, all of them were addressed! Including a brand new kitchen sink faucet dealio that was over and above what I expected!! Thanks so much yall!!
My family and I lived in the Westport Woods complex for 7 years. The rent was reasonable for a 3 bd/2ba, 1st floor garden apt with a back patio. We were told the building was new construction. Everything was fine at first, until we discovered the electrical system was poorly designed, in such a way that we were unable to use the stove at the same time as countertop appliances.
