I purchased a19’ PDC swim spa. I try to get in the spa every day. I highly recommend PDC swim spas, and thoroughly enjoyed working with their professional staff.
Ordered in Sept 2025, took delivery of 15ft swim spa in Jan 2026. April the rubber steps were floating. Still waiting on getting them replaced, it's 6/30. Have to empty it again to get them glued down again, then refill it again.
I would definitely recommend PDC Spas, everyone was very polite & courteous, answered all our questions right away. They delivered on the expected date as promised, & the guys that did the install took their time to be sure we knew how to do everything & didn’t leave until they were sure we were all set. They also removed the old one beforehand, and again did an excellent job. A Big Thank you to you all!!
I bought my premium spa in 2020, took a year on backorder, and it has been enjoyable. My issue is with the plastic parts and the warranty. The headrests broke after 2 years and that was disappointing. In February we turned it on and 3 of the flow valves were cracked and leaking, I of them blew off and landed in the yard, the water was shooting in the air like Old Faithful. All of the water flew out of the tub and I had to call for a repair. The warranty on plumbing is 5 years and I missed a warranty claim by less than a year... read more
Shaun was extremely friendly and helpful when we were shopping for our hot tub at the Albany Civic Center. Her helped us choose the Malibu, and we have been extremely pleased with everything from selection to delivery and use.
