So disappointed. I spent A LOT (over $45k) on this swim spa. I've had numerous problems since I bought it. I've contacted PDC numerous times with very slow response and inability to budge on warranty (less than six months past 3 year warranty) even though they replaced more than was needed and when they replaced the spa pack it took out the control unit for another $400+ plus labor. Don't buy from PDC.

I love my PDC swim spa! You are able to choose what elements you want in YOUR swim spa and eliminate others. It is made locally in Williamsport (great quality)and it is waiting for me everyday before or after work. No regrets- best purchase I ever made.

Ordered in Sept 2025, took delivery of 15ft swim spa in Jan 2026. April the rubber steps were floating. Still waiting on getting them replaced, it's 6/30. Have to empty it again to get them glued down again, then refill it again. Adding. It is now 9/10. Salesman said they are waiting on a new manufacturer. So does that mean when someone orders a pool, the mats aren't in stock yet? I am worried how long it would take for an actual repair.

I purchased a19’ PDC swim spa. I try to get in the spa every day. I highly recommend PDC swim spas, and thoroughly enjoyed working with their professional staff.
