I’m bought a house that has a ln FX19 Model PDC spa and less than 24hrs after getting the keys the electrical panel catastrophically failed, a hole burnt through it. Despite it having the same part replaced less than 12 months prior, so being well within the warranty period, they would not cover replacement because I was a new owner. I purchased a swimspa from PDC and I am very happy with the quality. Customer service is off the charts. Highly recommend this product. We worked with Tim and he was the best.
We are so happy with our purchase through PDC spas!! We went to four different companies before deciding,after talking with Amy we made our minds up this was the place!! I even got to try out the model in the shower room prior to signing!! We decided to go with the Luxry series Malibu!! We ordered on 9/30 we had it delivered by 11/04!!
