I love our PDC Spa, and their warranty service is truly exceptional. We've owned our spa for a while now, and thankfully, we've had a few occasions to utilize their warranty. Every single time, the process has been seamless and incredibly quick. The team at PDC Spas is always prompt and eager to assist, making any potential issue a stress-free experience. It's rare to find a company that stands behind its products so completely, but PDC Spas genuinely does. We definitely recommend PDC whenever we can!
PDC is a wonderful company. They go out of their way to please their customers. Keith in service is a great human being, taking the time to inform me about what I was doing wrong in order to get my Summit swimspa to work properly. Amy is ALWAYS so very pleasant every time I call. I can actually see her smiling over the phone. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a fantastic product!!!!
I’m bought a house that has a ln FX19 Model PDC spa and less than 24hrs after getting the keys the electrical panel catastrophically failed, a hole burnt through it. Despite it having the same part replaced less than 12 months prior, so being well within the warranty period, they would not cover replacement because I was a new owner. That was over $1000 after replacement, which took MONTHS to get.
