I bought my premium spa in 2020, took a year on backorder, and it has been enjoyable. My issue is with the plastic parts and the warranty. The headrests broke after 2 years and that was disappointing. In February we turned it on and 3 of the flow valves were cracked and leaking, I of them blew off and landed in the yard, the water was shooting in the air like Old Faithful. Shaun was extremely friendly and helpful when we were shopping for our hot tub at the Albany Civic Center. Her helped us choose the Malibu, and we have been extremely pleased with everything from selection to delivery and use.
We own a PDC Swim Spa Model SX219. The spa iteslf cost us over $32K. Not cheap, but well worth it IF it performs. Within a few weeks we notice our cover was collecting water inside of it and getting heavier and heavier. We called to distributor and we were very pleased that they replaced it immediatley BUT once again the cover began to collapse in the center and collect water. The spa is now basically UNUSABLE. In today's world, it is wonderful to find a company that truly understands customer service and how you can be successful and still treat people with respect. Amy gave us the time we needed to ask all the questions we had, we had a lot! Answering our questions she was thorough and patient with our inexperience. We love our new swim spa. Great job PDC!!
