I purchased a swimspa from PDC and I am very happy with the quality. Customer service is off the charts. Highly recommend this product. We worked with Tim and he was the best.
We are so happy with our purchase through PDC spas!! We went to four different companies before deciding,after talking with Amy we made our minds up this was the place!! The PDC BAJA15 Splash Spa is absolutely the best investment I have ever made. It provides me and my family with the perfect combination of a fitness spa and hot tub. From the low maintenance to extending my swim season throughout the year, there really is no better choice.
Have two Barbados models. Pumps died. Out 1000 dollars. 90 days out if warranty. Company still returning my call after #6 weeks. Poor quality, poor service. Avoid avoid avoid
I along with a neighbor purchased Barbados premium series hot tubs 2021. A jet on each tub recently failed the same time. Which is the point of my review. As they are out of warranty by 8 months, $384 cost is on me. The fact that mine failed and it cost me is not an issue. Having two identical spa's, manufactured at the same time, each having a jet fail at the same time raises some questions.
