We own a PDC Swim Spa Model SX219. The spa iteslf cost us over $32K. Not cheap, but well worth it IF it performs. Within a few weeks we notice our cover was collecting water inside of it and getting heavier and heavier. We called to distributor and we were very pleased that they replaced it immediatley BUT once again the cover began to collapse in the center and collect water. The spa is now basically UNUSABLE. In today's world, it is wonderful to find a company that truly understands customer service and how you can be successful and still treat people with respect. Amy gave us the time we needed to ask all the questions we had, we had a lot! Answering our questions she was thorough and patient with our inexperience. We love our new swim spa. Great job PDC!!
Our PDC 15 foot Baja Splash Series Swim Spa was delivered from the factory on September 8, 2025. I have been swimming everyday but two. My husband and I love the hot tub features. Our grandson and daughter enjoy a swim out of direct sunlight. It is a fantastic health investment!
Was great working with PDC spas and the Pool and Spa Place in Willow Street. We knew we wanted the Biscayne because of the size and features. From order to delivery was about 6 weeks, not some tub sitting on a shelf for 6 to 8 months. So far after a couple months of usage, we couldn't be happier!!! This is our first Hot Tub, and we are extremely pleased. Icing on the cake, supporting PA businesses!
We love our new spa. The staff at The Pool Source are the best! We visited five different stores before choosing them and couldn’t be happier!
