First visit and very good experience. Reception is inviting especially for children with a little area set up with toys and comfy benches. The staff was patient, kind, and understanding to my son who has difficulties.
Very friendly staff, clean office, and my kids felt comfortable with the hygienist and dentist
Hygenist was very good, but I am upset at my appointment. I have, in writing on your paperwork from last year, my appointment time that I set last year. However, when I arrived, I was told it would be 20 minutes later. In the end, my 11am appointment did not start until 11:55am...55 minutes late. This is not acceptable, especially since my appointment time was changed without any consultation with me. A failure !!!!!!!!!!
