The challenge was great, I would recommend this program to others with PD. I found it tough to keep up but it’s worth it.
The online 10 week PDWarrior sessions were clearly explained and well structured with suggestions for modifying exercises if they were too challenging. The exercises are intense which suited me because I need pushing. We were also told what exercises suited the particular Parkinson's symptoms we had. If I wanted to look more closely at an exercise, I slowed the presentation speed which helped a lot in some cases. thoroughly recommend the PD Warrior Challenge to anyone suffering from Parkinson’s disease, in fact I would suggest regardless of PD it’s an amazing fitness & coordination program for anyone.
