Quick and friendly and worked to get me the best price. Got rid of Reddi and went PD’s annual maintenance plan.Hunter was top notch.
I strongly do not recommend this company. Their quote was $3,000 higher than what I ultimately paid with another company for the same work. The technician’s behavior was especially concerning, he appeared to be taking advantage of me because I’m a young woman. The moment I mentioned I would call my brother to review the estimate, he abruptly left, and within 10 minutes he was completely gone without any follow-up. PD Plumbing was great to work with when our family was facing an unfortunate sewer issue. The company was quick to respond with a same-day evaluation, and once we approved their bid, they were able to schedule the repair work almost immediately. We will make sure to share their name with family and friends.
Perhaps some context first. I initially called PD Plumbing to my house because my sewer line had fully collapsed and I had no way to drain anything from my house. No sinks, no shower, and no toilet. I called them the day it stopped working. One guy, a nice guy, came out a day or two later, looked at everything, and told me the earliest they could get out there was 2 weeks.
