Came in with my fiancé to look at a wedding band. The first associate helping us was polite but said another employee was more knowledgeable, so she brought her over. Unfortunately, that employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in helping us. At one point she literally walked away while we were still being helped. For a first visit, this was an incredibly poor experience. After reading other reviews, it seems like this kind of customer service isn’t uncommon here. Definitely not a place I’ll be returning to.
I was shopping at this store the day before Christmas and was so grateful they have good security. After the recent events in other jewellery stores their safe concern for customers is appreciated I shopped without worry. I was sorry that some people find the security a problem(as per the previous review) The staff here always goes that extra mile, thank you.
Invest in security instead of questioning customer’s intentions of visiting the store. Keeping your customers outside and asking them what they want (while standing outside) is a kill to this business. If you are scared of people, you are in the wrong business. I personally will never visit this store again.
They were very friendly went out there way to get what I wanted in my price range. Lol
I went there for a quick battery swap and they were super fast. The price was decent too. They have a large selection for jewelery too.
