I was shopping at this store the day before Christmas and was so grateful they have good security. After the recent events in other jewellery stores their safe concern for customers is appreciated I shopped without worry. I was sorry that some people find the security a problem(as per the previous review) The staff here always goes that extra mile, thank you.

Invest in security instead of questioning customer’s intentions of visiting the store. Keeping your customers outside and asking them what they want (while standing outside) is a kill to this business. If you are scared of people, you are in the wrong business. I personally will never visit this store again.

I went there for a quick battery swap and they were super fast. The price was decent too. They have a large selection for jewelery too.

They were fantastic with getting me the replacement band for my watch. They looked at different places to find the same style band, they stayed late after close allowing me to work around my job schedule, and were extremely polite and friendly whenever I got to speak with them. They were also very fast with getting it back to me so I was able to wear it again.
