Customer Service is terrible, my partner called up multiple times to try and get help for our child’s enrolment but staff failed to help even though its apart of the job description!!!
The girl from reception called Ebin, needs a lot of training. Also a bit of time management and focus on one thing only when multitasking as she is not really capable to do so. Doesn't know how to use the system. Ask for a supervisor or a different person to be served when visiting PCYC Mackay.
