Such a terrible experience.. I’ve been calling management everyday trying to contact manager, every time front desk would say that she will call back within 24 hours and she hasn’t for 4 days. When we came in person she was pretty rude and wasn’t helpful at all . We asked if she is managing the whole area and must be super busy but she replied that she is only in charge for the specific thing, so basically she just didn’t want to call back .
