We had a terrible experience with PCV Murcor. We were trying to refinance our home after 70k in renovations to get rid of PMI on our mortgage. We paid for a full appraisal with PCV Murcor and they used an individual by the name of Robert Perry with Perry Associates LLC. Robert was very unprofessional, he did not offer to remove his muddy boots at our door starting off with a bad taste in our mouth. I would give them no stars if I could. Their low fees and quick turn times are hurting the appraisal industry. I can't believe appraisers take their work. The quality has to be lacking. What happen to reasonable fees, especially now that so much more research as to go into a report. Oh well.
