I requested a free estimate for cleaning my home with this company. Unfortunately Erica was not thoughtful enough to do a courtesy call letting me know she was in traffic and would not be able to arrive at the time set. This was unprofessional and unacceptable for a potential client. Needless to say I I canceled the estimate.

Hey! So this wonderful cleaning team just decided to cancel the MORNING OF our house cleaning, after we drove into town specifically for the cleaning from out of state, and scheduled our move based around the cleaning. Disgusting business tactics. Yes - literally called 30 minutes BEFORE our cleaning was supposed to happen.
