When you start with a therapist here they say, “if you don’t think I am the right person for you, you can find someone else. It’s not a problem”. Or something to that effect. I have seen 3 counselors in total and the third was a perfect match. Personality doesn’t match or you don’t like their methods so you move on and thats ok. I say everyone should try therapy, it’s been amazing for me. Really helps to sort my thoughts, my self doubts, understanding myself and the people around me better. I go every 2 to 4 weeks. My main therapist was Kimberley Holloway and I saw her once a week. One time she told me a receptionists opinion of me and I did not like that. My friends said that I needed to issue a complaint. So I called. The words I said to them was "she told me the receptionists opinion of me and I don't think she should be doing that." Their response was "I don't think that sounds right.
