What initially impressed me about this company is that the roofer offered to come give a quote at the same time the insurance adjuster came, so that he could be there to make sure the adjuster didn't miss anything and to make a case to the adjuster for replacing the roof. I had never worked with insurance to cover roof repair or replacement, but he seemed to understand the adjuster's summary far better than I could and the office was able to work directly with the insurance company to a certain extent.
