Terra was phenomenal! This was our first time buying a house and she made the process very easy. Not only did she take time to learn exactly what we were looking for, but she picked out the house and ensured we got the first appointment the day it came on the market. She took time to explain everything that we needed to know about the home buying experience. She was very professional, a great communicator, answered all emails/texts/calls very quickly and always made time for anything we needed. I would not go to anyone else!

I can't say enough about Terra Spino! First, she showed us about 50 homes before we finally found the right one, and her patience never waned. Even when she was out of town on vacation, she arranged for one of her associates to show us the home that we eventually bought, just so we wouldn't lose out in a hot market.
