It’s been a couple years since I was admitted into the intensive therapy. I cannot begin to express how my life has turned a full 180 since attending. As the name suggests, it’s intense and a lot of talking involving a ton of emotions but as I learned, that’s the only way to know the full story and how to deal with the trauma associated with memories.
