John Waldrop from PCS is the best! Trusted for 5 years, ALWAYS on time, always makes time for us and makes us feel like family during every inspection! Will be a life long customer.
Absolutely terrible. Made an appointment with John twice and he never showed up. I sat around both times waiting. He said he forgot. Had them for termite inspections. They come with flashlight look around at corners and base board for 5 minutes and leave. Pretty bad
Stay away from this company. Moved into my house in The Villages and discovered that none of the smoke/carbon monoxide alarms were working due to no batteries and/or being unplugged. John Waldrop of PCS Pest Control did the home inspection. Seriously ?!?!?!

They're really bad,they're customer service is the worst I've ever seen,...Be careful with this bunch !
The owner Rob is extremely rude, does not follow through with anything, and if confronted about issue will cuss you out and hang up on you!! Unbelievable!!! I would not even consider ever doing business with them again.
Scam... we had pest control for many years with no problems, we moved and tried PCS. First they told us that they just spray around because their product is "that good" , so NO they didn't put product inside the walls etc like our past company did and took hrs treating our home. This was a fast few mins spray around... bugs persisted and they DO NO BACK UP WARRANTY!! they did not come and we could not get a hold of them. New company is MUCH cheaper and WOW the difference...
