Update:Went back this weekend and tried the Beef Rib Special and wow it was outstanding! Highly recommend it. The ribs were incredibly tender, fall-off-the-bone delicious, and packed with rich, smoky flavor. Definitely a fork-and-knife meal that's worth every bite. We also sat outside on the patio surrounded by the beautiful wildflowers, which made for a glorious Hudson Valley evening. Great food, great atmosphere, and another fantastic experience. P.C.’s Paddock was a good spot for a casual meal. The food was satisfying, the service was friendly, and the place had a comfortable local feel. It’s the kind of place I’d go back to for an easy dinner or drinks with friends.

We really wanted to like this local establishment during our first and second visits, but you will not get the”warm and fuzzies” here at all. The service is lacking, defined by an “I can’t be bothered” attitude. Perhaps they reserve their exceptional service for “regulars”. To make matters worse, we were seated next to a dirty vacuum cleaner during this second visit. We won’t be going back.
