Medicare fraud! Billing Medicare for COVID test I never had there - they are in Texas and I live in Illinois. Reported to Medicare. Make sure you check your claims for fraud!
Just received and reviewed the Medicare Summary and find this company has billed and received $188.16 from Medicare for 2 Covid-19 test kits never requested and not received. They somehow receive Medicare numbers and start billing. Have had now about a dozen differen companies that I've caught that were billed but only received anything from 3. This company is sending out Covid tests that were not ordered and billing Medicare
I have reported you to Medicare for billing my father about your SO CALLED provision of COVID TEST. He did NOT order anything and NEVER received anything. I don’t know how you get my father’s information but I have reported you to Medicare for FRAUD.
