We have worked with a number of A/C professionals, and none compare to this team! They were beyond knowledgeable on mini splits, and gave us multiple options that we didn't even know existed. Most A/C guys have installed one or two of these units, so they have been hit and miss. They are the ONLY ones to install a system in your home. While looking for minisplit ductless ac installer I found Joseph and his website. He helped install a 4 zone system for an 1800 sq ft house. He's very thorough about work scope and provides options based on need, walked to each room and went over pros/cons of installation and wnere to best locate tne unit/either wall mounted or floor unit, depending on site constraints foreacn room for maximum heating/cooling. I found Joseph through friends who had used him to install mini-splits throughout their home. I had just had several bad experiences getting quotes, so Joseph was a breath of fresh air. He was very straight-forward and helped me find the solution that suited me best and cut down on costs where possible. I was very happy that he really spent the time to come up with the best solution for me, without pressuring me to decide or to pick a more expensive solution. Installation was a breeze.
