Took my daughter’s iPad to have the screen replaced. They were so upfront and honest about what could go wrong and told me they were unsure if they could get the part because of how large the iPad is. Ending, It was repaired perfectly, looks like new, cost 1/4 of what apple would have charged and the staff is super kind. Will definitely be going back

Took my computer to Geek Squad first where they tried to scare me into buying a new computer before even asking what the problem was with mine. Decided to go Local and I am glad I did. Joe listened to my crazy ramblings and google-diagnosis (with a straight-face) and answered all of the questions I had. It was Friday afternoon when I dropped it off, had a call back before I returned home that they fixed the problem with a part they had available and it was ready to be picked up. Brought in my iPhone 6 Plus for a cracked screen replacement. Was replaced in under two hours. I've also had an old iPod touch battery. Both experiences have been great.

so, my i-phone 5c got run over by a bus. literally. actually, it was run over by several buses since i managed to drop it in the loading and unloading of the campus loop on curtin. in the pouring rain. it spent the night in the ICU at PCQuikFix and was miraculously revived from its soul and screen crushing experience. the guys there were helpful, honest, and very well-versed in all the "oh crap" scenarios.
