Do not buy! I thought I found exactly the desktop I wanted. All was great for about 5 months, then I started to get the blue screen of death repeatedly. Looked up the warranty from Lenovo, it was expired before I even bought the machine and was registered that it was built for sale/shipped to UAE! I am located in the US and thought I was getting a brand new machine. Their reviews were positive at that time but I can see I am not the only person thst this happened to.
Canceled an order of mine on newegg due to their own posting/pricing issue. After going through their reviews on there, I'm not the first person this has happened to. They then contacted me to try to get me to cancel the order on my end, so it didn't count against them, which I did not as they should be held accountable for their continuous issues. Will make sure to avoid them for any future purchases.
The complete scam company. I cannot believe Amazon continues to allow them to sell and victimize customers over and over, especially after reading their reviews.
Buyer BEWARE! PCO is not reliable with regard to on-line orders (INCLUDING AMAZON!) Read their extremely long on-line agreement… you will lose any disagreement with them based on that document. Spend your money somewhere else.
Horrible experience. I purchased a laptop from them in October, had issues with it over the last six months, communicated with the manufacturer who tried to resolve the issues that I was experiencing, but was unable to fix it. I contacted PCOnline and they sent me a return label and but only refunded me 20% of what I originally paid for the laptop. They charged a "restocking fee" of almost $400. I now have to dispute the charge with Amazon and my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
PCOnline has a 3.3 star rating with 146 reviews.
PCOnline is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 11:00 a.m.
