Terrible experience. I bought a laptop with 32 MB of RAM and 1TB of storage. After getting it the computer worked fine for about 50 days or so and when I called the manufacturer, HP, I was informed that they couldn't help because based on the serial number it has been modified. HP them told me that I would continue to have problems because the motherboard was not capable of handling the modifications. I called Amazon and they told me to return it. Fake Product Alert!!!! Avoid buying from PCOnline — they sell modified devices. I purchased a HP laptop from them via Amazon. It stopped working after few months. When I contacted HP support, they confirmed my laptop was still under warranty but refused service because the device had been modified. Amazon told me to contact PCOnline directly, but the seller has completely ignored my messages. I wasted money on a laptop that doesn’t work and can’t be repaired under warranty.
I thought I was getting a good deal. What I got is a non-functional laptop. HP won't touch it. Wasted money. Steer clear.
