Great products and pricing, superb customer service!
Bought new Lenovo desktop computer on Aug 5, 2024. When I tried to register it on Lenovo web so Lenovo could send me all the computer updates for it just like they have for all my prior computers, Lenovo told me that: 1) warranty had already been registered with them 2023_Jan 11. 2) Waranty expired 2024 Feb 25. So someone had already registered it 18 months PRIOR, so was sold me a USED computer but PC Online said it was NEW. RUN, AVOID this company. complained to company. Don't buy anything from this company. I returned a broken PC. They charged me a restocking fee for a broken PC which I'm assuming they will sell to someone else. They make their profits by charging restocking fees on broken PC.
Unable to contact anyone in customer service despite multiple attempts. Product was supposed to arrive on 7/14 but was delayed additional five days. Spoke with UPS about delay who noted that problem was with seller. Package still not shipped. This seems to be a common occurrence
