they pretend to be msi and send out broken refurbished laptops when they list them as new stay away from these scammers they don’t even reply back in chat supports. they run with your money. I got is on 2021 aug but another third party seller “cleaned” more like destroyed the insides at 2020. disgusting they used super glue on the mother board. spend like $1299+ on this “new” msi laptop, I just want my money back.
This seller is a scammer and would not ship the item if they do not want to honor their discounted price and pretend to ship the item via UPS with a letter inside instead of the item you purchased to "apologize" for the incovenience. They use this trick to bypass Amazon's customer service to gurantee customer's rights becayse they techinically shipped the item. ANd they will time their shippment perfectly to refund you so that you cannot ask Amazon to step in for a replacement because there was "no money loss". DO NOT trust ... read more
They vold my warranty when they custom maze it. Amazon, won’t do anything. Hp won’t do anything because of what online did it. Not very good business when they screwed you. Because what did to my computer
Do not buy! I thought I found exactly the desktop I wanted. All was great for about 5 months, then I started to get the blue screen of death repeatedly. Looked up the warranty from Lenovo, it was expired before I even bought the machine and was registered that it was built for sale/shipped to UAE! I am located in the US and thought I was getting a brand new machine. Their reviews were positive at that time but I can see I am not the only person thst this happened to.
Canceled an order of mine on newegg due to their own posting/pricing issue. After going through their reviews on there, I'm not the first person this has happened to. They then contacted me to try to get me to cancel the order on my end, so it didn't count against them, which I did not as they should be held accountable for their continuous issues. Will make sure to avoid them for any future purchases.
