Would give zero stars if I could. I was taking care of my father and one of their apartments was the only thing he could afford - now we know why. No issues with bugs but any repair was like pulling teeth to even get someone by to look at it. The apartment was broken into (door kicked in) by somebody who said he knew Dave, the "handyman," and the landlord/owner Paul Chavez refused to repair the door. Still have not receive my $2k refundable security deposit that was promised. It has been over 60 days of lease end and still have not heard back from them after many emails have been sent.
