Oakland Pacific Associates are just another corporate slumlords. I moved into Oakland Station in November 2024. Since I've been here my heaters haven't worked. Despite filing a request to get it fixed and speaking with building maintenance personnel, all I've gotten is excuses and an anemic, "The boiler needs to be fixed." The apartment was dusty on the day l moved in. Paint splatters freckled the poorly install cheap linoleum on the floors. Private community with easy access to the city. Clean grounds, locked gates, but the street parking is NOT to be trusted. Damaged cars with stolen missing parts not uncommon. They lost their security HOA patrol, bad move. Still 4 stars because if you have the money, it is a great ace to live...just excercise caution walking the neighborhood.
