I had a software problem and took my desktop to them, they couldn't fix the problem and then charged me $95 for attempting to fix it. then I find out that they installed my psu upside down about a year ago, so hot air was blowing into my system the whole time! to make things better, I fixed the software problem myself at home, what a joke.
I love this place. There is no other computer store like this. Pc joy has always been the first place to go for computer problems.
I own a small business using 3 networked computers. I hired PCJoy to review my set up and make recommendations on updating, cleaning up and/or repairing computers. I made it clear that any expense beyond $500 I would rather purchase at least one new computer. Joy assured/quoted me that the cost for the current 3 computers would be approximately $400.
