This past winter a pipe burst in a neighbor’s condo unit which unfortunately flooded our lower level as well. All finished flooring, sub-flooring and lower portions of drywall required removal along with all relevant insulation. Subsequent to the tear out all structural elements remaining required extensive drying and testing to avoid the possibility of mold. When our brand new renovation flooded, Paul, Billy, and John were there in less than a half hour to start mediating the damage and get the flood under control. From the intitial clean up, to dealing with our homeowner's insurance, to the rebuild- PCI made this experience so much easier and less stressful. I cant say enough about how grateful we are to them.

PCI Services is truly the best company we’ve worked with. They are professional, meticulous, and their pricing is excellent. The staff is wonderful—accommodating, friendly, and always respectful to the residents in our communities. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them; my only regret is that we didn’t know about PCI sooner. Joe, the owner, is incredibly responsive—returning calls within seconds—and the quality of their workmanship is absolutely impeccable.
